Shipping & Returns

kimPrints Designs is dedicated to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We indicate an in-house processing time for each item on its product information page to help you determine which shipping method to select and to calculate when you should receive your order. Our customer service representatives are also available if you need any help.

The in-house processing time for most custom printed items is 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted, please check the product information).

Once the proofs for each item in the order have been approved, the personalized products will be printed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

Please remember that the shipping method you select has no affect on the in-house processing time. Your shipping method controls the time it will take for UPS to deliver your order once it leaves the shipping facility. Please calculate your estimated delivery date based on the in-house processing time plus the shipping method you select.  For an approximate delivery date estimation, please find your shipping zone in our charts and guides listed below.
